MACHINE POLISHING
It’s amazing how effective machine polishing can be! Over time, a car’s clear coat degrades due to exposure to the sun’s UV radiation, micro scratches, chips, and contamination, which dulls the original color and makes it unattractive.
With the right methods and products, it’s possible to remove quite deep and nasty scratches from the clear coat. This process also restores the deep gloss of the original color, giving the car a brand-new, showroom-like appearance with mirror-like glossiness.
A professionally performed polishing process can sometimes reduce deeper scratches that would otherwise require a more costly respray. It’s definitely the most cost-effective technique to refresh the paintwork by years.
Our in-depth surface restoration process includes 5 stage of polishing process:
Sanding
We identify the most problematic areas on the panel and any issues you point out, then lightly sand them down. This process reduces paint defects while maintaining the integrity of the clear coat.
Afterwards we use fine sand gradation in order to remove previous sand scratches.
Deep Cut Polish
During this stage we perform initial polish with abrasive mop-head and polishing compound to remove fine sand marks and bring back the gloss on the panel.
Fine Polish
This process enhances the gloss level of the polished panel by using a softer mop head and waxes included in the compound. It also removes hologram marks on brighter colours.
Finishing Polish (Optional)
Performed on dark and demanding colors, this process uses a special finishing compound to remove previous silicates that may cause hologram marks, restoring the ultimate gloss effect.
Final Check
In this process, a special solution is used to wipe away all the polish residue, revealing any under-polished areas and sand marks. This step helps to identify and fix any imperfections.

SUPPLEMENTARY SERVICES
Touch Ups
A simple and inexpensive technique involves using a basecoat paint to cover small chips or paint damage with a brush. This method helps to conceal the damage and provides slight protection from external factors.
Ceramic/Graphene Coating
Professional-grade coatings provide superior protection to lacquer and enhance water repellence. When applied correctly, they ensure a long-lasting, deep gloss effect. Due to their durability (3-5 years), they extend the effectiveness of machine polishing for as long as the protective coating lasts.
